Baby Boy Card

Oops, sorry, long time no post. I have been busy at work so I'm shattered by the time I come home.

Anyway, enough of that. Today I have a baby boy card for a friend. As you can see by the weight, he was very small, but I'm informed he was adorable.

I used the Lifestyle crafts Nesting Inverted Squares for the background and the Nesting Inverted Circles for the date and weight. I also dug out one of my very first dies I purchased (Teddy bear). He is adorable and perfect for baby cards.

Dies used:
- Nesting Inverted Squares (DC0279)
- Nesting Inverted Circles (DC0276)
- Teddy Bear (KS-0319)
- Button (RS-0510)
- Nesting Stars (3-021)
- Tiki 4 X 8 Alphabet

Petal Box Container

Hi there, I have another quick project for you using the new CHA dies from Lifestyle Crafts. This time I am using the Petal Box container. It is so versatile and could be used to a whole manner of things.

On each petal I cut out a little heart and backed it with acetate. I then used the flower from the trat box die for decoration.

Dies will be available over the coming few months at Creating Everlasting Memories and Creating Memories in Time. Links to the right of my blog!

Birthday card - New Lifestyle Carfts CHA Releases

Today I have made a simple birthday card using some of the new dies for the Lifestyle Crafts CHA Release.

All of the new border dies in the release are absolutely stunning and today I am using one of the borders from the Brocade set.It is so elegant and chic. I also used the flower (again!) from the Treat Box Die :-). The white base of the card was pearlised white card that I put through a crimper.

I don't know if you can remember back far enough to the Quickutz Icing Rub ons. Well I brought a ton of those things when they were first released and I still have loads leftover. Anyway, I used the 'Happy Birthday' rub on from the starter set. I really wish that they would bring these icing rub ons back.

Dies will be available in the coming few months from Creating everlasting Memories / Creating Memories in time. Links to the right of my blog!

Wedding Favour Box

I made a little wedding favour box using the treat box die from the new CHA Lifestyle Crafts Release.

This little box is adorable and I just love the flower that comes with it. It looks so pretty when it's layered up.
I used the Weave Border die for the top and the bottom of the box which was wrapped all the way around the box. The label was the Inverted Circles die. The alphabet is Wildflower.

Dies become available over the coming two months. You will be able to buy them from Creating Everlasting Memories and Creating memories in Time. Links to the right od my blog!

More from CHA - Butterfly Card

Today I have been using the Lifestyle Crafts square punchies die from the new CHA release.

I have to say I was a little naughty as I cut the die in half. However, I got a brilliant effect as when cut in half, the die was the right size for my card. Having used the square punchies, I put a sheet of acetate on the back of the card so that my butterflies could rest on it.

I also used the Whimsy Border die to outline the design.

Dies will be available over the coming few months from Creating Memories in Time and Creating Everlasting Memories. Links to the right of my blog!
