Decorated photo frame

I am just loving the new Lifestyle Crafts 'Tropical Splash' release. Today I used the 'Tropical Flurish to decorate this plain photo frame. I used vinyl for the flourish but you could use card.

I'll be posting other projects this week using this new release.
